Last updated October 2026.

Overview

UniNorth Digital respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information in line with applicable privacy laws, including Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Information we collect

We collect information you give us, such as your name, contact details, company, resume, work history and the content of your messages, and limited technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide services, match candidates to roles, manage our relationship with clients and candidates, send newsletters you have asked for and improve our website. We do not sell personal information.

Website forms

Information you submit through forms on this website is delivered to info@uninorthdigital.com through a third-party form-delivery service, which processes it only to deliver the message to us.

Candidates and background checks

If you apply for a role or join our talent network, we use your information to assess and present you for suitable roles. With your written consent, we and accredited screening providers may carry out background checks before a placement starts.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we email you about once a month. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe by writing to info@uninorthdigital.com.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, with clients when a candidate has agreed to be put forward for a role, or where required by law.

Where information is processed

Because we operate in Canada, the United States, the United Arab Emirates and India, your information may be stored or processed outside the country where you live, under appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Talent network profiles are kept for up to two years after your last contact with us unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We protect information with administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

Cookies

We use cookies as described in our cookie policy.

Your choices and contact

You may request access to, or correction or deletion of, your personal information, or ask a question about this policy, by contacting our privacy officer at info@uninorthdigital.com or Suite 229, 140 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5C 1X6.
